NGO "Euro-Arab Youth Solidarity - Ukraine" is a voluntary association dedicated to protecting human rights and fostering youth development globally.

General Information

NGO "Euro-Arab Youth Solidarity - Ukraine" (the Organization) is a voluntary association of individuals, created to exercise and protect human and citizens’ rights and freedoms, to promote the development of youth movement in Ukraine and abroad, to satisfy public, in particular, the economic, social, cultural, educational and other interests of its members and / or other people.

The organization in its activity is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations", and other applicable legislation. The legal basis for the activities of the Organization is also the regulatory documents and decisions adopted by the Organization within the limits of its statutory powers.

Legal Status

The organization is a non-business partnership whose main purpose is not to make a profit. It acts on the principles of voluntariness, self-government, equality before the law, transparency, openness, and publicity.

Status of a Legal Entity

The organization acquires legal entity status from state registration, can have its own seal, accounts in banking institutions, and symbols (emblem, flag).

Our Rights & Statutory Tasks

To achieve its purpose and fulfill its statutory tasks, the Organization exercises a wide range of legal rights.

Defend legitimate interests in public authorities and courts.

Represent members in law enforcement and state agencies.

Freely disseminate information about activities and goals.

Ideologically and organizationally support other associations.

Publish scientific and methodological results.

Receive and manage public information from power subjects.

Organize and finance conferences, seminars, and lectures.

Receive membership fees, donations, grants, and assistance.

Conduct necessary entrepreneurial activity consistent with goals.

Participate in state regulatory policy implementation.

Maintain direct international contacts with global organizations.

Establish media and publish statutory materials.

Create and implement diverse projects and programs.

Establish awards to honor members and partners.

Open national and foreign currency bank accounts.

Main Objectives

Our primary objective is the development of youth policy and support for youth initiatives both within Ukraine and on the international stage. We strive to create a fair, democratic society where youth have a voice.
